Mail Solutions is one of the leading independent envelope manufacturers in the UK. With facilities in Telford, Bingley and Bolton, we have the capacity to produce up to an impressive 250 million high quality envelopes every month, 3 billion envelopes per year!

The foundations of our continued success are by and large a result of the company's ongoing commitment towards meeting the envelope needs of customers. This is achieved by creating an operational structure which is based around delivering a quality envelope product and personal service that not only meets customers' requirements, but is designed to surpass expectations and promises.

Being a specialist envelope manufacturer, with over 30 converting envelope machines (reel & blank fed) and 5 envelope overprinting presses (two & four colour) across the Group, we possess the capabilities to fulfil almost any envelope requirement in-house, from small runs to large volume mailings, whether they are standard or bespoke, plain or printed.
