Mail Solutions has also built a reputation for providing an excellent service to each individual customer, by offering help, advice and guidance with every order to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery, in addition to presenting an array of supporting ancillary services.

Account Management

As part of our customer focused philosophy, each client is appointed an Account Co-ordinator from our experienced and committed Account Management Team to provide a streamlined personal service. Your Account Co-ordinator will be responsible for:

• Providing quotations
• Processing and progressing orders
• Stock management
• Stock call-offs
• Technical support
• Order and invoice queries

In-House Reprographics Studio

We are able to provide all our customers with a complete pre-press service, within our fully equipped Reprographics Studio with CTP technology. From the initial conception of your envelope artwork to completion of press ready plates, our highly experienced and committed Reprographics team are on hand to offer expert advice and guidance on your designs.

All customers have the opportunity to make use of this service by liaising with their Account Co-ordinator, who will then work in conjunction with our Reprographics Studio to develop the exact envelope design you require.

If you are able to provide artwork for your envelope design, we can receive artwork on disk (CD-ROM, DVD), by e-mail and FTP. Equipped with modern PC’s and Apple Macs, our system supports the following application programmes:

• Adobe Illustrator CS4 / Photoshop CS4 / In Design CS4
• Quark Express 8

All artwork can be accepted in the following formats:

As standard protocol, all customers are required to approve their proof as confirmation that the proposed envelope design to be manufactured is correct to their specification. All records and films are carefully archived and will remain totally confidential.

Folding Service

Using our large format Morgana UFO-1 folding machine, we are able to provide customers with a flexible folding solution across an array of pocket and wallet envelopes. Main features:

• Single fold applied in virtually any position
• Fold a wide scope of envelope sizes from 125x155mm up to 406x305mm
• Facilitate gummed, self seal and peel & seal closures
• Manage a selection of coated and uncoated papers between 70gsm to 120gsm
• Counting and batching service available upon request
• High productivity - folding speeds of up to 12k an hour

Warehousing & Logistics

Offering a next working day delivery service to the UK mainland, we endeavour to deliver your envelopes in the same condition as they left production, utilising high density cardboard boxes so the contents are protected and not damaged during transit.

The logistics team work closely with our UK transport arrangements to devise delivery schedules that minimises any associated costs and emissions, whilst ensure an optimum delivery solution is provided in accordance to your requirements.

We can offer short-term warehouse facilities for those wishing to store partial orders awaiting customer call-off. Details of our terms and conditions for storage are available from our Envelope Sales Team upon enquiry.

Mailing Machine Expertise

At Mail Solutions, supplying envelopes for use through mechanised mailing machines is our core business and we always have an expert on hand to offer advice and guidance. Whether it’s at entry level for small 'desktop' inserting machines or high volume production mailers, we can provide you with the envelope solution.

By taking into account important factors such as paper weight, porosity, envelope shape and design we can ensure that whatever your mailing system, maximum performance and productivity will be achieved, with minimum downtime. Mail Solutions liaise closely with all the major inserting machine suppliers on a regular basis, in order to give you up-to-date information.
