If your envelope requirements do not fall within our standard MailFastâ„¢ or Exemplarâ„¢ stock ranges, we can offer you a complete bespoke design service to suit your specification. Flexo Printed Envelopes With both reel and blank fed facilities available, Mail Solutions have the flexibility to produce envelopes in a range of different shapes, sizes, flap types and multiple windows in virtually any position or size, utilising a wide selection of papers, including PEFC and FSC certified grades. Added to our large selection of knives, we can offer a full range of wallets, pockets, bangtails etc., in a variety of sealing options; gummed, self seal, reseal and peel & seal. In addition, we can ensure customers receive colour accurate print on the envelopes through our water-based ink mixing system, which is able to generate the complete choice of colours in the pantone range. Mail Solutions have developed their own comprehensive quality control systems based around the same rigorous standards of ISO 9001, to help guarantee customers they will receive consistent high quality products every time, regardless of envelope specification or production volumes. Litho Flat Sheet Conversion As we boast an enormous range of cutters, we are able to convert pre-printed sheets into a vast array of weird and wonderful envelope shapes and sizes, utilising our versatile blank fed equipment. If in the unlikeliest event we do not stock the knife that you require, then we will place an order to get a new knife made to your specification, quickly and efficiently. Mail Solutions generally manufactures envelopes using paper sourced through its own network of suppliers; however, upon request, we would be more than happy to accept sheets supplied by the customer, as long as the material is compatible with our equipment. PPS License Mail Solutions is one of very few companies in the UK to hold a PPS (Postage Paid Symbol) license, allowing us to print 1st or 2nd Class phosphorous registered postage paid impressions on your envelopes. This service is ideally suited for very small targeted mailings, as the phosphor bars give a prestigious feel and can help to increase response rates.
